This project focused on transforming scattered banner implementations into a

The issue wasn’t just visual inconsistency—it directly impacted decision-making.

Users were working with dense, poorly structured data and couldn’t quickly identify critical study information

As a result, the brand experience felt fragmented and visually unaligned.

What made this problem complex was the system itself:

1️⃣ Existing Experience – Visual Audit (Before)

Users can view all study details. However, most fields appear editable even though they are view-only, and they occupy a large portion of the page, affecting clarity and usability.

Users can view patient details at each study level and update each patient's status.

Incoming Payment and Study List use page-level banners to provide contextual information and maintain visual consistency within internal pages.

Their goal was to quickly understand study progress and take action.

But due to poor hierarchy and cluttered layouts:

I started by restructuring the information architecture—prioritizing data into primary, secondary, and supporting layers to improve scanability

So instead of solving it page by page, I approached it as a system problem to ensure consistency and scalability.

These pages do not require high-level study summaries but still need:

The Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS) evolved over time with inconsistent layouts across the 

 page. As a result, users found it difficult to distinguish content due to cluttered structure and poor visual hierarchy.

The Study Details page contained dense information without clear grouping, making it challenging for users to quickly scan, understand, and act on critical study data.

This project focused on redesigning the Study Details experience to improve clarity, structure, and usability — transforming it into a user-friendly, well-organized interface that supports efficient decision-making within complex clinical workflows.

Streamlined Bosch seller onboarding with a dynamic product listing wizard, slashing onboarding time and boosting seller satisfaction.

Bosch aimed to scale its B2B marketplace by enabling industrial sellers to list both 

hardware products (IoT devices, components, machinery)

software solutions (SaaS tools, APIs, analytics platforms)

However, the seller onboarding experience was complex, slow, and causing significant drop-offs — limiting marketplace growth.

Sleecr was designed to transform this onboarding journey into a structured, guided, and scalable digital experience.
